A new Radiodetection gCAT4 utility locator was delivered to our client in Messan City, southern Iraq, accompanied by a full day of hands-on training.
The instrument is aimed at utility teams working in oil facilities, where dense runs of cables and pipes make accidental strikes both easy and expensive. Being able to confirm what is underfoot before breaking ground is what prevents that damage.
This work forms part of the cooperation between Smart Line Geophysical Survey and Delft Company for General Trading Ltd.
